The splendours of the mimosa. In 1947, Caron perfumer Michel Morsetti interpreted the masterly beauty of the mimosa, drawing inspiration from the formula notebooks bequeathed to him by Ernest Daltroff. Named after another type of acacia, the “Farnese”, the fragrance evokes the splendour of the eponymous palace, designed by Michelangelo in Rome. The original fragrance has been faithfully recreated by the in-House perfumer for La Collection Merveilleuse.
