PIQUE-NIQUE SUR LES QUAIS

We have a tradition here in Bordeaux: When Spring comes, we love to go for a picnic on the quays with our friends. It starts with a cocktail of citrus and spices sipped with our girlfriends. After this comes a colourful bouquet: We pick from roses, peonies and lily of the valley flowers to set our menu.
