With the change of season, we invite you to explore the new perfumes arriving in the perfumery in spring.

With the change of season, we invite you to explore the new perfumes arriving in the perfumery in spring.

The latest trends take us down the path of clean-smelling, through citrus notes, timeless lavender and floral and green accords, which, in addition to being pleasant, have the ability to instil a deep sense of well-being.

Scents that connect us with nature take centre stage, with woody, vegetal and fruity notes that introduce us to an exotic world and tropical gardens.

There is also room for more powerful versions of established fragrances that add a twist to the original olfactory score. Intense, creamy compositions that incorporate a luminous twist or add ingredients that evolve in surprising and unexpected ways. Sometimes hyperbolically or simply boldly.

There are launches for all tastes, regardless of gender, an increasingly blurred concept in perfumery, supported by a number of fragrances that are coming off the labels to become the favourites of men and women alike.

Moreover, the increasing use of naturally sourced ingredients reflects brands' strong commitment to innovation, sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Leave the wintry sensations behind and enjoy the new scent creations that will help you achieve the perfect touch of style this spring.

Romantic and passionate

Romantic and passionate

The life of designer Carolina Herrera inspires the Herrera Confidential collection. Her travels, passions and family memories are captured through different olfactory scores. In this case, Amazonian Rose is a nod to the Rosa de Venezuela, the nickname her family uses to refer to her, which is also a tree with beautiful flowers that stood out in the garden of Hacienda La Vega, the imposing residence of the Herrera family in the heart of Caracas.

Floral, tropical, romantic and energetic, the Nicolas Bonneville nose combines the magnetism and freshness of Guatemalan cardamom, which gives way to Venezuelan rose, recreated through a blend of damascena rose and passion fruit, culminating in a chord of Mexican copal, a resin linked to the roots of Latin America and its landscape, which brings warmth.

Cologne intense

A tropical garden also inspires Red Hibiscus Cologne Intense by Jo Malone, an exotic solar floral that combines notes of sparkling mandarin at the top with a striking heart of red hibiscus that merges with a touch of jasmine sambac and the sensuality of vanilla in the base.

Red Hibiscus Cologne Intense is a more opulent and concentrated version of the original fragrance, created in 2021 by Mathilde Bijaoui. Ambery and with a gourmand touch, its trail does not go unnoticed.

Bold and irreverent

There is no doubt that a beautiful bottle is also an added reason for a fragrance to become an object of desire. In the case of Rabanne's cute robots, this factor is allied with a tremendously sensual and addictive juice.

The new Fame Intense is dressed in gold to capture a dazzling, daring and irreverent femininity. Solar jasmine fuses with a trio of incense and creamy sandalwood in a luminous and mesmerising composition.

Joyful and unexpected

Joyful and unexpected

Moschino's iconic teddy bear-shaped bottle is inspired on this occasion by the Tahitian seabed and mother-of-pearl to give shape to Toy 2 Pearl. A joyful, intense and genderless composition based on the freshness of lemon spiced with oregano and complemented by a sparkling lemon sorbet. The heart intermingles notes of jasmine, sand and freesia that evolve towards a slightly sweet and woody base with vetiver, cypress and musk as protagonists.

In line with current trends towards sustainability, 99.9% of the ingredients have been sourced through organic chemistry, while 44% of them are natural. In addition, 94% of the raw materials used are biodegradable.

The rebirth of a classic

The rebirth of a classic

"I have designed an ultra-modern Alien, which achieves the quintessence of florality", a statement of intent from Dominique Ropion, the master perfumer responsible for Mugler's Alien Hypersense. To achieve his purpose, the nose has recaptured the essence of Alien's rare and captivating amethyst fragrance and elevated it to new hyperbolic, hypnotic and hyper-feminine territory, fiercely floral and almost animalic.

The essence of green mandarin awakens the senses and is joined by a juicy pear accord that gives way to the heart of jasmine sambac absolute, Alien's signature flower, sustainably harvested from Mugler's fields in India and characterised by a less green and fruity character than the classic. Cashmeran in the base radiates sensuality and merges with musk, amber and driftwood, which adds a salty, sexy touch.

Primal instincts

Primal instincts

Byredo's first floral ambery fragrance explores the primal instinct of the human being and its true essence. Animalique is a genderless composition by Jérôme Epinette that connects with our wild side through a seductive heart of suede, mimosa and violet complemented by a fresh, citrusy top note of bergamot and lemon, and a warm, sensual base of amber, sandalwood and tobacco leaves.

Enigmatic aura

Enigmatic aura

Phantom Intense is the new variant of this bestselling Rabanne perfume, distinguished by its original bottle, which this time degrades from black to blue, evoking the twilight sky. It is perfect for followers of the original fragrance who are looking to elevate its intensity.

Bolder and bolder, it combines notes of lavender with an addictive vanilla enhanced with a touch of iced orange blossom, helping to build an enigmatic aura.

The call of the forest

The call of the forest

Lush and enveloping, L'Artisan Parfumeur could not resist the call of the forest and turned to Caroline Dumur to capture its magical, woody scent in Il Était un Bois. The notes of vetiver, cedarwood and buckwheat recreate the sensation of caressing the branches of the trees as you trample the leaves that cover the earth.

Powerful saffron

The new K Eau de Parfum Intense reinterprets the original Dolce&Gabbana fragrance while retaining its essence and the "made in Italy" spirit that characterises it. Thus, the effervescence of Sicilian lemon and red oranges, as well as a creamy heart of fig, are not lacking in its score, which are combined this time with the addition of saffron, which shows in this creation its warmest and spiciest facets. A deep, sensual leather accord rounds off the composition and adds a very elegant woody nuance. Daphne Bugey, the perfumer in charge of the fragrance, underlines that "the combination of these elements lays the foundations for an even more powerful olfactory journey".

Perfumery and architecture

Perfumery and architecture

At first glance, it may seem that architecture and perfumery have little to do with each other, but Ex Nihilo manages to capture the creative audacity and innovative vision of French architect Le Corbusier through Chandigarh Express. It is named after a city in northern India, designed from scratch by the famous architect and considered one of the best experiments in urban planning and modern architecture of the 20th century.

This new fragrance joins the Babylone collection, which embodies the clash between East and West through exclusive materials to evoke the magnificent beauty of Babylon. Gaël Montero has been commissioned to capture this olfactory journey through centuries-old traditions and modernity. It does so with notes of mandarin and bergamot that are enhanced by the elegance and sensuality of cardamom to merge with a heart of Mahonial jasmine, davana, fir balsam and a leather accord, while the powerful base is highlighted by notes of patchouli, vetiver, tonka bean and benzoin.
