If you wish to delete your Wikiparfum user, please follow these steps:
Send an email from the account you are registered with to the email address: contact@wikiparfum.com specifying that you request the deletion of your user.
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days.
Once the process is completed, your user and all your associated personal information will be deleted from our databases.

All intellectual property rights in designs, databases, underlying software (including source code) and the various elements that make up the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings or colour combinations) ("Content"), as well as their structure, selection and arrangement, belong to the Company or, where applicable, its licensors. As for the distinctive symbols included on the Website (trademarks and trade names), they also belong to the Company or its licensors.
The use of the Website by the user does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights over the Website or the Content.
The user is only authorised to view and obtain a temporary private copy of the Content for his personal and private use on his computer systems (software and hardware) and not to assign it to third parties. In the event that the user participates in any competition organised by the Company on the Internet (Website, microsite, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), in which the user (as a participant) must upload Images (photos, videos, drawings, etc.), the following conditions of their use shall apply. By participating in the online competitions and uploading images, the user declares that he/she acknowledges and accepts the following.
The user undertakes not to upload images that are not original or have not been taken by him/her, or that infringe legislation or third party rights (especially copyrights and trademarks, as well as privacy, honour and image rights). For these purposes, every participant/user declares that he/she is the holder of all rights to the images and, if applicable, that he/she has obtained the corresponding express consent of the persons appearing in them for their dissemination free of charge in any media or territory and for an indefinite period of time.
The Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any breach of the aforementioned obligations or for any damages arising from such breach. Each entrant/user acknowledges that the Company has full rights to assign the use of the images in any manner, as well as for any related commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, promotions, merchandising or exploitation of the relevant competition, in whole or in part).
Participants/users expressly authorise the Company and its licensors to reproduce, communicate or distribute, adapt and transform the Images, free of charge, on the Company's official websites and social networks, including but not limited to, Wikiparfum's official Instagram and Facebook account and any other social media accounts of the Company's affiliates or subsidiaries, websites of authorised retailers or social networks of any authorised influencers of the Company, in any media and anywhere in the world, for the maximum period of time permitted by law.
The user/participant is aware that images on social networks imply the application of the general terms and conditions of use of such social networks, in particular the right of sub-licensees attributed to the social networks and to the users of the social networks. The Company shall in no event be held liable for the reproduction, processing, exploitation and conservation of the Images or part of the Images by social networks or by users of the social networks in accordance with the general terms of use of the social networks. The Company cannot be held liable for the reproduction, processing, exploitation and storage of the Images by the users of the social networks in accordance with the general terms of use of the social networks for the duration of the respective competition and after its termination. For the sake of clarity, entrants/users acknowledge and agree that the Company shall in no event be liable for the removal/removal of Images uploaded to the social networks for the duration of the relevant competition.
In any event, the Company has the right to remove any Image, without being obliged to give prior notice to the entrant/user, where it considers that the Image infringes any legislation or third party rights, or is not in keeping with the nature of the competition or the image and reputation of the Company, its licensors or its products. The Company shall have the right to unilaterally refuse and reject any Image that it considers to be racist, sexist, violent or generally inappropriate.
The Company and its licensors shall not be liable for fraudulent or improper use of the Image or for modifications or alterations to the Image made by any third party.
