I was in Ipanema, the breakfast table was set. It was sunny and I couldn't see where that infinite sea water ended. I was enchanted by that smell of saltiness combined with the coffee and the scent of the breakfast cakes in front of me. I will never forget that "Good morning". It was happiness, peacefulness and lightness. In my laboratory, there is one ingredient that makes me relive that breakfast in Ipanema: the scent of tonka beans. I am definitively addicted to the tonka bean: I’m Tonkaholic.
