"Vegetables express a dimension of pleasure and comfort. I was inspired by naturopathic chef Jennifer Hart-Smith's exceptional cheesecake, in which cauliflower combines extraordinarily well with vanilla, coconut and tonka bean. The main challenge was to capture the aroma. Tonka Blanc is the first fragrance on the market to contain a natural plant extract and I am very proud of that," Alexandra Carlin, perfumer.
