RAKE & RUIN

BeauFort London is inspired this time by William Hogarth's "Rake's Progress", a London writer of satirical engravings. The protagonist of Rake's Progress, Tom Rakewell, ruins himself by living a lavish life of debauchery. Rake & Ruin is the olfactory representation of a dissolute night spent in a tavern where rivers of gin flow, thinking of times gone by.
