Bois Farine is based on the Ruizia Cordata tree in the forest of coloured wood found on the island of Réunion. The tree's tiny red flowers surprisingly have a starchy scent, redolent of flour. This scent is recreated through a clever olfactory illusion of dough like and nutty notes.
