Attique evokes "Attic Nights" by Latin author Aulus Gellius. A gnarled fig tree protects the scholar who studies at night in the scrubland of Mount Parnassus, close by the sacred sanctuary of Delphi. The sea breeze drifts up the creeks, mingling with the wild herbs and figs ripening on the tree.
