“The idea of home for me is extremely important,” says Nicole Mancini, especially for her kids. “Creating memories with those we love are always enhanced by scent. I love working on fragrances that have a cozy, nostalgic feel. Using ingredients like musk, vanilla, amber, and sandalwood. It brings me joy to create them.”
To make those scents, Nicole cherishes working as part of a team, particularly when they smell fragrances together. “What do you see on their faces and the connection you're making with them?” she says. “That's the best feeling when everyone's excited together.”
As someone who has always explored the mind-body connection and intended to be a chiropractor at one point, Nicole has appreciated the recent mingling of the wellness and fragrance industries and believes that is the future of perfumery.
