Mathilde Bijaoui

Strongly influenced by her father's love of the whole process of cooking. She used to go buy supplies at the market, smell and touch everything from fruits, aromatic herbs and vegetables to fruits.

Positive and creative, Mathilde Bijaoui was born in Paris with a double heritage: her father's exuberant North African culture and her mother's traditional French upbringing. She has a bit of both in her character…
His father's love of cooking influenced him a lot. He used to go shopping at the market, smell and touch everything, from fruits to herbs and vegetables. So her sense of smell has been on the lookout for new smells since she was very young. Then she went back to the kitchen, putting it all together with a constant desire to experiment and try out new recipes.
Mathilde heard about the Osmothèque, the international perfume conservatory, and went to visit it. She also discovered the existence of Isipca, the well-known school of perfumery. He studied chemistry for two years and joined Isipca immediately afterwards.
In 2004 he joined MANE in Bar-sur-Loup, and in 2005 he moved to Paris, where he creates fragrances in his crisp, pure style.
