Louise Turner came to the perfume laboratory by chance, as an aspiring medical student looking for a summer job. The mix of art and science seduced her, and although it took courage and conviction to change her path, she has never looked back. "What motivates me most is the process of creation itself in all its fascinating and mysterious complexity," says Louise.
