Growing up in New York with a background in sculpture and cinematography, Christine developed a deep appreciation for the city's vibrant urban culture and dynamic energy. Using her keen sense of smell, this continues to inspire her work every day.
This notion of personal connection is essential to Christine's approach to perfume. Her intimate tie to her creations and the bond between fragrance, the wearer, and all those who encounter it is very dear to her. "Perfume is a form of unconscious communication, both intimate and powerful. It is something we all have in common and which represents a way of creating a bond," Christine believes. "Every new creation is still as exciting as the one before; it's like I'm unwrapping a present with each formulation."
