Cécile Matton
Named « Perfumer of the Year 2018 » by the editors of Cosmétique Mag.
Cécile Matton was born in Zaire, where she spent her childhood. Back in Paris, Cécile trained as a pharmacist.
The deep desire to create led her to change direction: a passion for people eventually led her to Perfumery.
She was admitted to the Givaudan Perfumery School and became assistant to the perfumer Jean Guichard, who shared his great know-how with her.
Cécile Matton signed her first creations of fine perfumes at Givaudan. She went to New York, where she spent two years working at IFF. She then returned to France and joined the MANE creative team in 2007.
In 2018, Cécile Matton was named "Perfumer of the Year 2018" by the editors of Cosmétique Mag.
